Vinification: Classic methodology with grapes subjected to light crushing and destemming. Short maceration of the skins with the must, and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 14/18 days.
Ageing: one month in bottle.
Notes: cherry red color with coppery highlights, on the nose you can perceive hints of small red fruits such as currants and raspberries. The taste is elegant with good freshness and flavor.
Serving Suggestion: Wine to pair with light dishes such as appetizers, fish and not early and not very demanding.
